Judge's decision challenged in Winnipeg

In Winnipeg, citizens and politicians alike gathered outside the law courts to express their collective outrage regarding Justice Robert Dewar’s decision on a rape case Thursday. Many activists were quick to point out that the conditional sentence handed out to the perpetrator was too light and the Judge’s words at sentencing were equally damaging.
