Battered Women’s Support Services has been part of The Jane Doe Legal Network, a coalition of anti-violence and women-serving organizations working to end violence against women, for the past 8 years. The Network recently was part of a literature review conducted on the limitations of psychological tests in the context of Parental Capacity Assessments in terms of:
- Are there issues of gender or cultural bias in applying psychological tests?
- Are these tests appropriate for use in Parental Capacity Assessments?
